Your peace of mind is important to the Shopping Bug.

With so many scam artists trolling the Net, we want to assure you that we are not one of the bad apples. Here's what to expect when doing business with us:

  1. All inquiries are treated as no-obligation price quotes. We'll be happy to entertain questions relating to the deals featured on site. You're not obligated to make a purchase from us.

  2. When you finalize your order, you will receive a copy of your order details and our bank payment instructions. The cut-off time for payments is 1:00 p.m. 

  3. Once you have remitted the payment, please inform us right away in one single message: the date and time the deposit was made, and your full name. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us as soon as the funds reach our end.

  4. Shipments are expected to arrive 2 to 3 days after receipt of full payment. The actual period that the package stays in transit will depend on the courier service.

  5. You will receive a tracking number right after we ship your items via LBC, Air21 or JRS Express. Please hold on to your tracking number. You will need it to coordinate directly with the courier in the event of delays, losses and such.

  6. Our responsibility as the seller ends the moment we ship your order. We encourage that you read through the respective courier's terms and conditions. Status updates on your shipped package will no longer come from us but from the courier.

  7. As a gesture of good will, the charge of insuring the full amount of your order is on us. The declared value is the amount you will be refunded by the courier in case the goods get lost in transit.

  8. All sales are final once payment reaches our end. As such, please provide us with accurate order information such as the color and the quantity of the products you want to purchase. We may not be able to accommodate changes in your order once we have transacted business with the supplier.

  9. Our supplier offers a limited-time replacement warranty for the electronic gadgets. You will be receiving the package directly from our contact so you can test your digital camera thoroughly within the 7 days that the gadget was shipped.  

  10. The electronic gadgets also come with a 1-year service warranty, subject to the following terms and conditions given by our third-party supplier: 
    • Damages to the accessories or defects arising from accidents, mishandling, repair and inspection by a third party, or incorrect implementation of the instruction guide will void the service warranty.

    • A detailed written report of the problem must be done in writing. Include the package tracking number, the product code and the date of purchase.

    • Your concerns will be forwarded to the supplier who will e-mail us back with instructions on when and how soon you should ship back the item in question. We will relay these instructions to you. 

    • Shipping charges and the cost of parts required for the repair will be on the buyer. The labor cost is free.
