To avoid delays, refer to the following charts for an approximation of your Classic polo shirt size. You can use a favorite t-shirt of nice fit in your closet as a basis for getting your measurements. Remember that the chest/bust area will be multiplied by 2. So if the garment is laid flat and the chest width measures 20 inches, the shirt will actually fit someone with a bust size of 40 inches.

The original Lacoste sizing consists of numbers (2, 3, 4 and up for men... and 36, 38, 40 and up for women) instead of the usual qualitative descriptions extra-small, small, medium and large. The lower numbers are indicative of European sizing and the 30 something figures follow American standards. To avoid disappointment, please know that the shirts tend to be on the wide side. They are classic fit shirts, not slim-fit, Asian fit or Italian fit.
